What do you do for work? Does it affect your work if you're doing it hung over? ie are you a brain surgeon or something?

Never met you plowsie mate so I cant comment on your beerbelt; but lightweight? me sir? no sir! Definetly not. Getting it off work isnt the problem its the not having many days remaining after it not sure but it seems a waste.

Civil Engineer so I may design a wall infront of a persons drive other than that its just headache stuff thats a problem.
Tbh you've seen how much time I spend on here I dont really do anything anymore. But if I'm here I'll need to be compus mentus for if any calls come in, I cant really ask them to speak quietly cos I'm feeling rough lol.

Go in and do some excellently rubbish work like designing a new advertising hoarding outside the gates to Downing Street or something...It'll give you loads of work to re-do in a day or 2.

What I said came out so wrong, what I meant was, it is guaranteed that in the frame of mind of getting trollied, you will wake up with a hangover, a bad one. I am a lightweight Cheap night out I have cut the beer down though for now, AR09 will be the first time I drink again I think, can't believe it, detoxed for however long then ruining it in one week cos its my birthday and been at the AR

I find hangovers are affected at the speed you drink in, not the ammount, 4 saturdays back, I drank 17 pints of beer, however, this was starting at 12pm o'clock and finishing at 4am, thats 16 hours, almost a pint an hour, but, some of that time was not drinking too, and actually allowed me to sober up before we went into town

I'll be drinking with a mate who is shorter and thiner than I but he can drink everyone I know under the table. Nights with him always end up messy.

I've been lining the stomach most of the day (birthday buns etc at work) I can rule out calling in sick now, my cover has been blown. I either need to book the leave or suck it up in the morning.

(these are the desisions my dad spoke of when telling me been an adult was hard).
