Working in Willy WOnkas is shiiite. However I am on holiday until April so can't complain at that. The nights are a killer at 12 hours a go, and over a weekend. These days its 'not in keeping with my lifestyle', but now I have kinda made sure I won't be going back on them when I return after the holiday.,

Only ten weeks of hell, then off on maternity, then I have another rather large break before I decide if I want to go back.....I doubt it, I'll be too busy, but I hold the option open should things be bleak.

S*it. Plain and simple. I stand/sit here thinking 'Is this all im worth?' Yes i know im the only one that can do anything about it, and i ahve tried. Ok may be not enough and yes i know im answering my own problem, but this job at the moment, and for quite a while now, has totally sucked all motivation out of me. I like 99% of the people i work with and thats the only thing that keeps me going. The actuall job could be done by a trained chimp. I try to move withoin the company but nothing. Im still waiting for the answer to my recent intereview (Number 7 for an internal position) and one that i am definitly qualified for, like al the others. Its a noghtmare working for, effectivly 2 companys. The joys of working in an FM environment.

I just wish i had the money, motivation to re-train in something a little less dull. But as we all kjnow, all jobs end up being dull after a while. Anyway enough of this, im off home, then down to Lingfield to see my mate Jase.

later Ya'll

I love my job, now in my 22nd year with the same airline and just qualified on Boeing 757 off to Teneriffe tomorrow but I only stay for an hour The view from my office window changes at 500 mph; each day brings challenges and most of the folk I work with are fun to be with.

Quite often I like my job. The students make me laugh and motivate me to do the best for them. Sometimes my job is horrible, but that's usually others teachers not doing their job, rather than a kids going wrong.

But does my job define me? Well, I like to think no, but i have a sneaky unwelcome suspicion that it defines me to others.

In a few months time I hate to think what some of you will think of me. Oh well
