Time for a bit of honesty. I hope you don't mind...

Few women like drunks. Few women like violence. I don't mean to be off Pat but you have posted quite a bit about both in the past, and it isn't very pretty.

Make sure your personal appearance is OK - do you need to shed a few pounds, or are there more simple things like do you need to use a nailbrush.

Above all don't try to be someone you aren't. As well as the above, you come across as fiercely loyal to those you love, and that usually scores big time.

Advice from the girlie side.......

Be the best you can be but be yourself. Girls love a bloke who looks after themselves, are confident with who they are but not arrogant.

Enjoy your life as it is now and don't try to look for something that is missing, it will only elude you longer.

You can only change the things you have control of so improve your life for the better by taking stock of where you are right now. If you are not happy with aspects of your life then do something about improving them and have a long term goal.

NEVER EVER say to a girl "Do you like me?" or even "I like you!" as an introduction to finding out if there is a relationship possibility. At best you will get an embarrassed "You're alright!". It's too direct. If it's someone you like and you want to see if there is possibilies go with "Fancy going to movies/drinks/bowling with me sometime?" Much more relaxed.

Girls don't like guys who drink too often.

Smoking, fighting, swearing, etc are all bad

I only once had a girl who didn't mind these things(apart from fighting, was never a fighter), and made a balls up when I finished with her due to one drunken mistake by her.

1.5 years on, still single, and I don't actually mind it...
Could do with a good lass though...

No-one has ever fancied me apart from Maria. I think because we met on the internet, she got a chance to know me and not just run off at the first sight of me

By the way, the thing about girls not liking drunks...well, the same is true of guys, I expect most of us are put off a lass who drinks too much!

Oooopsy daisy I don't think I should be allowed near a computer when i've been drinking any more. Well thanks for the replies people you should really have ignored it though I talk a lot of carp when im sobre and as far as i've been told i was fairly bad last night lol. MYC nawh I'm not in uni wasntmy up of tea, I'm doing glass colleting and abr work in one of theclubs at the moment while i apply for other things .
