Looks good. Take off that rack at the back though. I like the colour too, I prefer buying from dealers tbh, the money back thing and the guarantee.

Yeah was thinking the same. I've had a go on the GSXR750 so the thou shouldn't be too much of a jump should it. There's 5kg dry weight between them.

The Arrow cans were given away free as a sweetener new, so don't accept any sales pish when you have a haggle!

Be interested to hear your thoughts after a test ride if you have calmed down enough to type.

Seems a bit pricey to me. I paid 6,800 six months ago for an 08 R1 with 2,500 miles on it.

I'd agree, that's a bit steep, guess they think now the sun's here thay can get away with it .

don't know about EU pricing, my buddy just got a brand new 2010 for $12.5K (CAD)... that's 8K GBP...

You can't compare pricing internationally - It just doesn't work. For instance, a brand new RSV4 here cost $42k NZD which is around 20k in pounds, whereas they about 5k less than that in the UK!

And that is with a strong $ against a weak pound.
