Hello

I heard a while back that they were doing great deals on the new SV650s can't quite remember what but something along the lines of monthly payments and some additional extras it think for a brand new SV which cost about 5-6k new so if thats an option that you be intrested in have an ask around at some dealers especialy with winter here be sure to pick it up even cheaper. i believe its to intrest new bikers into the bigger alternative than a 250 or 125.

Thanks for the info but I will be looking at the second hand market, bit too expensive new and don't want to tie myself into anything with credit the way the economy is at the moment

Thanks for the welcome everyone, hopefully I'll get to know some of you over the coming months. If anyone had advice on what to look out for when buying a used sv and what mileage the valve clearances should of been checked it would be much appreciated. Thanks again. Gary
