Well day two of no smoking and managed a 47 mile cycle which felt a bit easier without the fresh smoke in my lungs!

Smoking and get back to Being ripped and fit, I ain't fat just undefined!!

Day 4 today for no smoking, fed up of it, too expensive.

Also not drinking (for a couple of months at least is the plan) and that is also day 4.

How is everyone else doing if you made any?

Seriously cutting down on the drink, couldn't stop boozing though!!!

Had no booze this year apart from 2 pints last night watching the footy, temptation to smoke was definitely there.
That's where I usually fail when trying to give up.

I went out and bought some smokes at lunch time. Came back via McDonalds Drive Thru. Yay, I feel great.
