Bikes in the movies

I've been trawling http://www.imcdb.org/ for my old bikes.

And I found these two corkers:

Isnt the exhaust on the wrong side for an SV in that southpark shot?
Unless they put them on the opposite side in the States?

It's the mirror effect of crossing the Atlantic (or Pacific, depending which way you're looking).

Same as they actually drive on the left, same as we do, but it looks like they're on the right because of the water.

Well known phenomenon, your oceanic automotive mirror effect.

AH right, so the Japs appear to drive on the left, because the Pacific cancells out the effect of the Atlantic?
