recipe for sally's benefit, it's a heavy yeasty bread with sugar/treacle mixed in so it's quite sweet.

Think I've got the runs on the way now - be careful out there people.

I haven't had one in ages, but I always used to eat a full loaf straight from the packet. Why wadte time slicing it?

It's yummy stuff. Rather sugary, but low in fat.

Haven't seen the toasty loaf before - will have to try that.
