Let me know when and i'll dig out me stanley matthews shorts and army daps to support you from the finish line with a pint in my hand.....i used to do a proper BFT in lightweights 'n' boots in 8 mins (on average), dont think i could manage it in 18 now let alone a 8 mile build up, thats just wrong!!

I could but with the way this trade has gone im not interested anymore. You know 55 times bitten you become shy and all that.


This is how bad it is about 50% of the people on the first 5 training courses for my trade have put in for early termination. Not just me unimpressed...
