OMG Gruntygiggles thats is so horrid, I cannot imagine how someone could do this to any animal.
Well done you for starting the ball rolling and having the forethought to report it and not just hit the report button. Keep us informed as to what happens, although I am sure it will take ages I am interest ... lets hope they get similar treatment one day in their life.
