Good of your insurer to refund anything you over pay should your claim be successful, I have to go with a new insurer this year so I doubt I will get the difference back should my claim go in my favour.

My renewal came in at £1200!!! For TPFT!!! That's over three times what I paid last year.

This year Bennetts have been consistantly cheapest over a range of different bikes despite my sh1tty circumstances.
hey andyaikido if you swap insurance company's which i recommend you do they have to give you a part refund if you can prove your NCB when your claim is settled, i'm in **** street with mine at the moment and i too think mine is going to go the 50/50 route in which case i loose my bonus anyhow.

My accident was only 1 month before my policy was due for renewal so no refund for me.

do they do a discount for ugly people with no sense of humour then?

no i dont think you get me? what i'm saying is if you take out new insurance now with your 1 years bonus and your claim is settled in your favour your old insurance company will send you a letter giving your years you lost back, pass this letter on to your new insurance company and they have to re calculate your premium and refund what you over paid.

Just for the fun of joining in as have just renewed mine....

Age37, K5 SV650s, 3 yrs NCB for bike £130 fully comp with one accident in 2005 when some old bugger wrote off my beloved Bandit . When searching, phoning and surfing for quotes I got prices that varied hugely, from £100.00 to over £700. It really does pay to phone around.
