Unfortunately, this could be classed as assault

What I find myself doing (this happens lots on my commute) is sitting alongside them giving them the audible pleasure of my baffle free Scorpion.

It's nice seeing them being pi55ed off by me inconveniencing them.......

I ride alongside with my thumb on the horn switch. Although I normally get rude gestures from the driver even though THEY are in the wrong.

I go one better, get alongside them, Bounce bike off rev limiter. My can on my SV is f*cking loud. Last person I did that to jumped right out of the drivers seat. It was hilarious.

It's not a three point offence yet. Not until the 27th.

Tecnically you've committed a common assault . However a bit of summary justice does save te local copper a lot of paperwork and saves the tax payer thousands !

Bouncing the bike off the limiter or hitting the roof is usually sufficient treatment but I do like the quick thinking and improvisation to capitalise on the open window.

Dont think there is a problem.

I agree mate. What ****es me off even more though is that none of these sensible laws seem to be enforced. If Bill can't photograph it - forget it. What a f*cjed(czeck spelin) up system.
