i used a sheet of aluminium and folded some aluminium angle round the edges just to make it look neat only took about 30 min to do , its not as neat or as strong as the s/steel ones you can get but its taken a couple of hefty knocks aready

You would have thought Suzuki would provide something like this as standard! when you consider the price of having to replace it I've heard £400+

I think someone should make one for me...seeing as though no company has made one for the 's' EVAR!

SMudges is great..i'm secretly jealous...but only cause his bike always looks clean like that ^^^^

Dizzy, I also got one of the 15 quid rad covers. I have an S radiator, all I had to do was cut the bottom half off each side, the mounting parts, and then used zip ties to hold it on. Jobs a goodun. The S radiators have that mounting point for the fairing which gets in the way of a normal rad guard, not to mention having nowhere to bolt it on to

My new rad grill has arrived... I've been waiting 3 months! I was hoping for a Stainless Steel one with SV on it. but I've had to settle for a black mesh style made by R&G it will do its job but wont stand out as much.
