Fairplay that is a genius idea, better to be robbed of 'an expensive watch'
 that you wallet or something equaly as important but non bling. Is highway robbery quite common in kazakstan? |

Im sure Kazakstan is no worse than what our government does here.
 Would Ken take a fake watch in lieu of the congestion charge?
