I have the "SUPER PRO" version, much like the abba, but uses the spikes like the NWS, so will mount just about anywhere, but the abba is a good bit of kit.
or of course there's always a centre stand for some of us.....   Cheers Mark.

Yes I'm going to turn up some NWS style spikes to fit into the abba stand when I get round to it.

I have the basic Abba stand and whilst it's semi pricey, it is a great bit of kit and I would recommend it.
For lifting the front end I curently use a ratchet strap and the garage roof as my cheapo solution. I need to improve my technique with it though. |

In fact when some little chav fell through the garage roof and knocked the bike over, it was the Abba stand that saved a lot of damage.
