There's also a "U" rating so please respect this. Newbies can also say "hello" here too.

Of course there's loads of exceptions that prove the rule. One in particular oop North that leads amazing rideouts on his 1250GT, he's a bit slow though

I ride throughout the year. Believe me I know. It's worse over here. Your cage drivers are much better road users than our lot here, while our roads are *****.

Im a bandit rider, and im sorry, but its far better than my SV650S. Not as "flickable", but then its a different type of bike to the SV.

For what i use it for, the bandits far superior. Sat at 120+ for a long time in France, comfortably. GF prefers the bandit. I just miss the low down torque of a twin compared to a IL4.

Errr former SV owner also.......

YEs it was thanks. For 6 hours on the bike, well i wouldn't have been half as comfy on the SV.

AS i've owned both, i can make a vastly better opinion than those who only have had the SV.......

Also slightly quicker than the SV, and the ABS works a treat in the wet on oily roads.

SV engine isn't as strong as the bandits either.

My first bike was a Blandit 6 that I had for 6 months. Was absolutely amazing, I was smitten, could out accelerate anything. Then I saw the light & bought an SV. Go & check my first post on here where I basically said I prefer the SV to the Bandit & I didn't even know that my SV was restricted to 33 Bhp

Don't have a problem with them.

Or with Volvos, for that matter. I like my Volvo.

It's w**kers on bikes riding like ***** that get on my t*ts. And pushbikers who don't obey traffic laws.

We have our thames vally meet in the same pub as the bandit owners club. Not once have they said hello to us and infact despite me trying to force a conversation upon them they as a group seem like the least responsive collection of riders I have ever met.

Also they all seem to have the most amount of pointless trick bits on their bikes, stuff that is just asking to be polished and doesnt make any difference to its actual handling ability.
