hi Heather welcome welcome,

as far as a garage goes, i cant recommend a guy called rich based in portishead nr bristol (just over the bridge from you) enough, there is a thread about him here http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=110871

as standard he charges about £30 an hour labour, less than most, but whats good is he is self employed from home, can collect your bike if need be and return it too you, he has lots of racing and garage experience and is generally a top bloke.

ive taken my bike to him a few times now and he always charges less than he first says (which is already better than anywhere else), also i dont have a garage and tools as yet and hes let me go to his and use his tools and guide me through some things like full oil and filter change, spark plugs change etc etc, basic stuff but good to have him there to guide me, he didnt charge me either as i guess he sees it as an investment for the future (but i did give him some beer tokens anyway)

sorry for the long story but cant recommend him enough!!

Wotcha and hello. There's a few of us over the bridge from you and I'm sure you'll be putting in a bit of mileage in with us as well as the Welsh lot too, especially when the weather picks up

; )

hi, nice looking bike you have

you can cut some sponge away from the seat, or buy a propper lower seat, you can also get dogbones to lower the bike.............
you dont need a bike to come to the xmas meet

Dappa D? Where in Bristol are you, that's what the PM to ring me was about.
Heather, we'll be going past Chepstow any way.

Depending where you guys are it may not be a big detour to come and get you. No bother just let me know.

You'll be wanting some longer suspension linkages, there are plenty about as the SV is very popular with the vertically challenged. Have a look at CJ Accessories, another option would be to have the OEM seat altered by having some foam removed.

A Suzuki dealer, the best 33bhp kit for the SV is the official Suzuki one in my opinion and experience.
