I haven't used an ABBA stand, but I have an NWS stand. I think it's the ULTI-MATE I have. It's the step up from the ULTI-PRO, and retailled at £129 (though I bought mine for £40 inc P&P from eBay!!!)

Dead easy to use solo, and very sturdy construction. It looks a lot better than the ABBA's I've seen.

The stand I have has a locking base unit to it, so once the bike is up, there's nothing short of nuclear fallout that's going to knock it off!

+ 1.

NWS stand is more stable, will fit any bike without the need to collect fitting kits and swingarm removal kits, and it will mount to any symmetrical allen head or hole on the bike.

Try calling the number on the NWS web site. When i bought my NWS they had just been sold to pyramid for maybe 3-6months.

The guy who use to make the NWS stands had the number redirected and made them up on a per-order basis.

I've had a quick dig through my paperwork, i've found the company name, email and phone number:

Simoto Creative Manufacturing
Tel: 01371 831999
email: simoto.cm@btinterent.com
