I'm unsure what to do about this as I did actually go back to work approx. a week and a half later on light duties but they paid me in full anyway. Can I still claim for it?

No, if you recieved full pay (i.e. no loss of shift premiums) whilst you were off work due to the accident you can not claim loss of earnings. You could claim if you lost money or had to take a days holiday to attend any medical appointment due to the accident.

Balls to it I declined their £200 and asked for £250. I'm in no rush they took the pee with me I'll take the pee with them.
