ok so now another garage will do it thank god, but i have to wait till the 27th to have it done guess thats another week my bike will be sat in the garage.

You could always fit it yourself then just go get a dyno run done and have the print out, thats proof enough.

Read my earlier post.

The exhaust will make NO difference, it might give extra power at full throttle, which you will not get when the bike is restricted.

The restriction is to the intake - you could do whatever you wanted to the exhaust, it won't matter.

sorry for reposting- will a slip on still keep it at 33bhp then? as i want to buy a slip on but worried whether it would increase the power making the insurance void??

Think about it, the original exhaust allows enough gasflow to let the standard bike make 70ish BHP, if an exhaust could make a difference the original one already would.
