Sweet Matt, it's a nice bike, test rode one bacl to back with the new speed triple and the 1050 engine suits it far better, was looking at one or the tiger, but as my mileage is now limited and I prefer naked bikes to be honest I ruled both out, but if I was still into mile munching I'd have one.

The Blacks nice, the other colour I like is the burgendy, but I don't think they do that colur now, although saw one today down at lilly's

Not a worry, he's come from a big bike so doen't need one of the smaller training ones first.........................

Cheers Mark.

Matt,The one thing I have found is the windage[side] when you have all the luggage fitted. The fairing and the luggage present quite a substancial surface area so perhaps you will find it pays to just use the panniers
I have the old 955i and found the top box getting in the way when mounting/dismounting from the bike
