Make sure she know's not to fidget and move lots, especially when cornering and moving slowly. If she has to re-arrange her ********, get her to do it on a straight.

I've been told my choice is "if its moving". She'll have all the stuff I usually wear it'll fit her better. I get the old textiles, only 5 or 10 miles this time more for my benefit than hers. If she's wanting to get back on after that then we can go further.

arrange a signal to check she's ok - perhaps a squeeze is a good one to go with as all you can reach is her knees (and praps thighs)
