I've just met Princess Anne

I met her daughter once when I was waiting to see a customer at a car dealership I used to deal with in Swindon - I found her absolutely charming and didn't realise who she was until I was told later by my customer.

Hmm, only one positive comment. Shame on you. I'm a monarchist, I like the Queen. She does a great deal of work, she keeps friend Brown in check, and she and the monarchy attract a great deal of investment, tourism and wealth to the country. Sure they have their faults, don't we all. But I think that Queenie does a fine job and long may she reign

Wow, thats cool Ed. I have seen the Queen when Dad got an MBE, and I met Princess Magaret on HMS Norfolk, and Prince Williams bodyguard! Non of them say very much!

The Queen doesnt actually do a lot of work to promote the monarchy to attract tourism etc, she was born into it.

Mind you, must be really tiring having to be driven round, have everything provided for you, have grand houses all over the country etc etc

I still find it hard to believe that she doesnt have an idea about how important money is to the likes of us even thought her bloody face is on it!

Good on you Ed for the charity work etc and a nice little reward , I`m not a "Royalist" by any stretch of the imagination so will keep my views on that as Private so as not to spoil your moment but it is nice to see you have had a little unexpected reward for the good you have been doing .

I've met The Princess Royal once in 1995 when she open'd our workshop. God the tidy up prior to the event started 3 week before...

I've told Prince Harry to get in Bloody step and to get a hair cut.... From a moving Landrover... Last year.

I've seen the Queen on telly at Christmas. does that count.

And I love the Royal Family. Cos the Americans Haven't got one. So Nerr.

Anyway they are all imposters as the true heir to the throne is a bloke called Hastings who lives in Australia.
