Could try using a site like Shiply to get quotes, up to you to make sure to choose someone you trust though.

Vfr750 or VFR750R?

depending on which one I'd ride it back, (travel & foods paid)

vfr750...could always superdream it down then just strap the mighty 250 to your back for the return

it'd probably be easier to strap the vfr to the superdream, as its probably 1/2 the weight!

they would want an extra £50 for insurance because of my age, ford transit rental £40 so £90 for rental, diesel is then going on top dont know how much that will be plus abit more for me, try a local white van man i guess, my mom wont let me throw it in the back of jeep either, sorry

If Mum's jeep has a towbar you could also look at hiring a bike trailer for the day (assuming she'll let you borrow it). Probably cheaper than a van.
