Default Re: Horrible Riding Experience (Roadworks)

Diz, at least you got out of it alive there are some bad drivers on the road. One time me and maria were riding to brighton, bike was fully loaded up. Some yoof in a bMW was flashing me to get out of his way, which I did after a few miles (I wasn't about to pull in behind much slower moving traffic!). A few miles later...I filtered past him in traffic. I stopped next to his car and gave him a wave first though

The only situations I've been in that could be similar is when I;ve been filtering and people have come up really fast behind, and stick on my rear end. A couple of people have then proceeded to rev behind me, which i found very intimidating...there wasnt much room to move over and one bloke, when I eventually moved over into a safe gap, kicked his leg out in annoyance. You just get some arrogant mofo's and the best thing is to keep your cool and do what YOU feel is safe
