Imo Women should ref womens games and men ref mens games, simple.
Andy gray is a tosser anyway, talks a load of crap so not bothered about him getting sacked, just dont think he should be sacked for that.

I don't watch football, but if your someone getting paid that much then you would think that they would watch what they say.

Like that would happen...

I do think the reaction is a bit over the top but to be honest, he is in a job that is watched by thousands of people and still can't stop saying something that he knows he shouldn't... Then he is an idiot.

Too right he should get the bullet...he knows what is and what isn't acceptable, especially in the work place.

Any one of us would be in the same situ if we made the same comments, why should Gray be any different?

Besides, he's ex-Everton so stone him

How many women on here would like similar comments to be made about their ability to do their job, just because they are women?

How many women would want the unwarranted comments he made, being made to them?

How many men or women on here would want their wives/girlfriends/daughters being referred or spoken to like that?

Isolated incident = rollicking.

Serial idiot = sacking.

Right result.

I agree with the sacking - only cos if that attitude was brought into any office (and aired) it would probably lead to the same result..

PS - just thought i was entitled to my 5p worth cos I do understand the offside rule

The sacking was justified, the circumstances remind me of a certain plonker called Gordon Brown slagging off a woman when he thought his mike was off. He and Andy Gray should get on fine together.
