If you're speaking muscially....
Triple then refers to a triplet which is 3 notes played as a 3. You can make a gallop kinda effect with it, say you tap on your desk (R L R) (R L R) (R L R) they're triplets but played none stop and because of the left rightness it can sound like a gallop. Or if you tap (R L R) (L R L) (R L R) the handing is normal between normal left right but because of triplet spacing it can sound cool.

Treble is as wikipedia describes: "the high or acute part of the musical system." Kinda the opposite of bass. On your EQ on iTunes or something it's the right hand side of the sliders. More treble gives higher tones, less gives well less. I'm not too good on the whole explaining bass, treble, mid and such like as I self taught myself from picking it up from other bands soundchecks, so know what it is but can't desribe it too well.
