I cannot get the third parties insurance company to talk to me, the have fobbed me off, pushed me between three different departments and generally given me the run around.

I got f*cked off with it on Monday and phoned a solicitor...

2 days later. My claim is now being processed, the insurance company have accepted liability.

I'm now putting a personal injury claim in because they f*cked me about.

If they had just dealt with me properly in the first place I wouldnt have.

Its the insurance companies own fault and the cost of my claim has now gone up by god knows what. Also they now have solicitors fee's to pay which again they could have avoided by dealing with me directly, but they didnt want to...

I dont feel bad about it either...

It's not the claims that's the problem, not compared to the loss in profits from the collapse in interest rates and investment, which is how the underwriters made their money. Dig a little on the net and you can find the full story.

Geez, car insurance renewal time.... Renewal quote from Budget £657!!!

A bit of digging about on the net, same cover from LV= £371, still not cheap but almost £300 cheaper! That pays the road tax on my car for the year.

My insurance is due for renewal in 2 weeks.

Paid £230 last year, this year, £230 with NCB.

Called them up (Motorcycle Direct), asked them to do better, and they came back with £450...

Called Bennets, £128.

Done deal!

EDIT: Same underwriter as well...Chuacer
