dont stick wire wool anywhere near SS and if you do make sure that its SS wire wool. scotch brite pads work well as does wet'n'dry and believe it or not cardboard and autosol.

yes, and don't forget who discovered the wonders of barkeepers friend

If you can't find it folks, JML Doctor Power has been experimented with too. Housewives, what would you lot do without us!
As Bibio says, only use fine wire wool, for SS.

Although I am yet to find something strong enough to get through to the shine on the Raptors pipe. Suzuki, believe it or not put better quality steel in their pipe work, the Italians did not, and boy is it a tough one. I may try some wonder wheels, or even some of Robchesters suggestion, but I'd rather not go down the aggressive route!

Can get it from Asda and other supermarkets Warmshed....

Best used I found as a combination with various grades of wet and dry all the way up to the finest.

Make the powder into a paste with a tiny bit of water.....slap on dirty downpipes.....use various grades of wet and dry....then once all crud removed, polish with Autosol....used to bring it up a treat.

If you keep on top of it.....makes it shed loads easier each time.

Thanks, trip down to Asda on the cards, I normally use wet and dry with soapy water but willing to give it a go. Thanks.
