i know your pain dont worry.
Depends on how long you have left and weighing up the fun vs if you get caught or crash really.

I notice you are a fairly new member and somebody else on here had a bike impounded for an ECU problem so before you start mucking about have a long hard think to what the consequences may be.

But youve got to think what happens if you crash, even if it a minor one it would probably be the 1st thing they looked at due to general plod and public not understanding the whole 33bhp rule.

Firstly Webber this is the big wide web. I would certainly not be silly enough to be writing that i am de-restricted when my licence states im not supposed to be. How do you know there are not police monitoring this forum/web/location of yourself. I would be very careful where you tread to be honest.

Its your decision mate, just as long as you are aware.I don't know how long you have held a license but your insurance being declared void and a re-test are not minor considerations, especially when you try and re-insure.

+1 To the sensible sams. Not worth it IMO. Im restricted.

All that goes through my head is that if i crash and kill someone (or contribute to someones death by dangerous driving or whatever) i am totally liable as i shouldnt be on the road.

Ie. Prison.

I dont fancy being probed.

Just my thoughts...
