Mine were the same. Good smack with an impact screwdriver sorted it but that will only work if there is anything left of the screw head.

Mine weren't seized, they came out with mole grips, but the screw head wasn't strong enough to turn the whole length of the bolt., New bolts ordered, the weights can be re-used, which I wasn't expecting!

make sure you grease or coppaslip the new bolts, as this is what mr suzuki forgot to do
