I managed to mount a Stebl on the standard horn mount on my SV1000, not sure if there is as much clearance on a 650. Great fun watching old biddies drill themselves a new sunroof.
In the UK just remember to tell your MOT tester as they are 'kin loud when set off in a garage!

Which Stabel are you getting? the Nautilus or Magnum? There are a few threads about fitting the Nautilus and the Magnum is a bit chunkier than the standard horn but with a bit of persuasion should be able to use the same mounting, take the nosecone off to give you more working room.
