What are you giving up?

After a year of decent cycling, I'm looking to go on a fitness frenzy.

1. No smoking
2. No alcohol for 2 months followed by a significant reduced intake
3. More regular exercise
4. Better cycling training
5. No fast food.
6. Get down to 8% bodyfat.

I'm really looking forward to getting started and the struggle that I no doubt have in store.

It would be awesome for anyone else considering giving anything up, and for whatever reason, to post and for the .org to support those that are giving up something to improve their life and hopefully it can all help over the course of the next year.
What he said, thought I don't smoke, don't eat fast food it makes me sick! Getting my resting heart rate down would be good as well.

I'm going to be lovely and sweet and kind to everyone. Always. Even if they are *******s. Or stupid. And I'll be tolerant and patient too.

I always go dry - no alcohol in Jan
Also going down the weight loss and fitness cliche's.
Have a half marathon in Barcelona at end of Feb, so I have some motivation.
Will go back to Boxing training in Jan too.

Still, there's two more boozy evenings to go, till the hard work starts...........right where's my Guinness?

Would be nice to be a bit fitter, and seeing as the tooth fairy won't be there to do it for me I guess I better get my running shorts on.

That apart, I'm happy and looking forward to what the New Year brings.
