Yeh . I bought a differnt gear lever as other 1 broke as previous rider . Glad it wasnt a new bike

Take a 10mm spanner, loosen off the 2 lock-nuts that connect the rod that goes between the foot peg and the gearbox.

If you then roll that rod between your fingers you will see the foot-peg go up or down as you effectively make that rod longer or shorter.

Once it looks good to you, tighten the nuts up again and give it a go.

Careful doing that, one nut is left-handed.
