I think you should go a nice black, the red is a bit too much if you ask me. They'd also look nice if you could get them powdercoated to match the graphics on the bike.

If your feeling completely mental go for the thing that seems to be the rage in Supermotos and go half and half like this (but not with spokes). But I'll be honest I think its wrong.

Quite like the gunmetal, meself. But black would be fine too. Just not the red.

If you're doing em in summer why bother now? Either leave them till summer to do a proper job or do a proper job now. No point painting em just for sake of it?! Am I missing something...?

Go black and opt for the stealth route

Then if you get bored of them, tart them up with some contrasting rim tape

yeah Superdukes don't really do "rat bike", I'd rather just no use it in that case.

In all likelihood I'll be a couple of cans of satin black for now, just got to find somewhere in the house to spray them up (read wait for wife to go away for a few days..... ).
