Chain guage
Just run the standard 525 set-up as the 520 will need replacing a lot more regularly

Not at all. They are just verifying you are the card holder. If your not then generally you wont have access to those documents.
We got stung with a bike purchase on a stolen card and as it was a customer not present transaction and even though the address matched and he collected we are not covered and were liable for the full amount!. I guess B&C are just covering themselves especially if its a new account. Card fraud sadly is becomming very common place. We use B&C all the time and they are very good. |

Fair enough, obviously a phonecall would confirm that

Sorry about not replying. Gave them a call Tuesday night and they told me that PayPal said my address was unconfirmed so B&C wanted another form of verification so I just did a test transaction using my card and it all went through fine. Got my Chain and Sprockets Thursday. The Front sprocket I ordered was correct, the only difference was the one I was recommended was just a standard steel sprocket whereas the one I ordered was a Renthal steel sprocket. Hopefully have them fitted sometime next week!

Can't blame them then. Are you fitting the chain yourself?
Think I'll order mine monday. I'm going for this one http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/chain/...and-black.html and gonna get a clip-on link so I can ride it to the bike shop and have them rivet it |

Weird thing is, I checked my PayPal account and it's the correct address and uses the same card that I used for the test transaction, which is my only card, so not sure why it told them my address was unconfirmed as I have never had this issue before. Anyway, I won't be fitting them myself. I'm going to get the garage to fit them and at the same time synch my carbs. Should have my own Synch tool next time they need doing but for now the garage can do it. Once the C&S are fitted I will be fitting my new Manual Tutoro Oiler and giving my bike a good clean and possibly go over the downpipes to make them nice and shiny again. And one more thing. Both of the front Sprockets that are recommended for the SV (1st gens at least) are 525's even though one has the part number 520-15 it's still a 525. I will be going from a 45 tooth rear Sprocket to a 44 tooth. Much difference?

For some reason when I post using my PS3 it doesn't keep the paragraphs, it just puts it as 1 block of text.
