Don't think you can drag and drop with tversity, it's more for streaming. You want to save space on the HDD and install your games, saves wear on the dvd drive and cuts down on noise. You still have to have the game in the drive though.

TVersity working to stream media, works well on 802.11g, unlike Windows Media, but can't see how you'd transfer file to the xbox HDD.

With Media Centre connected, I don't see the xbox as a disk drive in Windows Explorer

I don't think the Xbox works like a NAS drive, you can play media via USB but not put content directly on the drive like that.

Give PS3 Media server a go, I have a HTPC now but when I used to stream to my xbox and Ps3 I used a program PS3 media server yes it works for both xbox360 and PS3.
I remember tveristy having issues streaming 5.1 sound sound to my amp so that's how I came across PS3 media server.
