Ok, so as a minimal change you could go slightly thicker with the oil which will primarily effect damping. But if its been a while since the fork oil was last changed, fresh oil may be enough.

If you want a much better setup for not a little, look at getting a set of emulators. Cheapest are around 40 quid, makes a huge difference to the front fork capability.

I know the springs were upgraded a couple of years back, have no clue when the oil was last changed tho.

then it will likely have the consistency of dishwater, I would replace with a good quality 10W fork oil and start from there.

I used two bottles of 500ml ten weight fork oil when I serviced my front end. The feeling after was like riding a whole new machine, fork action was so smooth I thought I had new forks. I have now got used to it, but I sure do notice the harsh rear end!

I already have an SRAD rear shock, rear is nice, i think thats why the front feels so shocking.
