Well I got the peg on. Unfortunately its a bit wonky. Poor drilling I guess.

Hopefully it won't be too noticeable riding.

It looks pretty straight to me. it's the bend in the lever making it look wonky.

Looks like you have a crack in the lever near the pivot point. Unless it's a bit of crud.

Did you use loctite on the threads? or any other thread locking fluid? The bike vibrates a bit, would be a good thing to do

Yes I put a bit of locktite on there (red tube, blue contents). Cheers.

A nice trick is to wrap selfamal tape round it so its nice and grippy.

Learn to maintain your bike, take it apart, rebuild the engine & more (using better bolts ), drop it & fix it again!
K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.
