They are hard to pull out for a reason, when you put back in if you do make sure you put back in with the same effort that was used to take out. This will ensure that it is nice and tight and dont fall out. my mate lost a loose baffle somewhere on the A12

Yeah it's a pig when they fall out. The baffle fell out of my Delkevic too, luckily it landed under the rear seat.

I ran my pointy which has a Fuel can with the baffles out, sounded awesome and grinned from ear to ear going through a tunnel!
