yeah mine could probably do with a decent service too instead of just oil and filter, having new tyre so hopefully that'll help put a couple more miles on too

Default Fuel Range on a Pointy?

Granty, where have you been taking it out of curiosity?

I had this crappy mileage issue too with my last one it was running waaaay too rich. Does it smell of petrol pretty bad when running? A service is a good start but if that doesn't work it could get pricey. Possibly may need a power commander

Not so much when running, but after a ride out when I park up in the garage I've been told it smells of petrol quite strongly

How much do you put back in to refill? Just thinking you could have a really early reserve light, instead or as well as poor fuel consumption. If it came on after using say 11 litres then that's 40 mpg or so. Not impossible I guess.

Another thought. I assume you've checked in dealer mode for error codes, see if there's a sensor out. Any way you could borrow a known good ECU?

Defo sounds like its running rich. Swapping the ecu for a known working one is a good shout
