Seven hours in full leathers on Sunday saw me arrive home on the crest of a wave of my own bodily fluid.

I was riding across the Brecon beacons on the same day in the same heat that sadly saw two army reservists lose their lives. T'was effin' hot.

Full leathers with Under Armour compression suit (helps get leathers off) if going for a long fast. Short/medium journies, Dainese summer jacket zipped to RST kevlar keans. Vented gloves and boots and wick away top and bottoms
