I spoke to the police, they said that no injury and no details were exchanged and I did not get his reg there is not a lot they can do. Told to inform my insurance company just incase.

Actually thinking about it I wonder if you could argue that it was the presence of your knee slider on your knee rather than a "mechanically propelled vehicle on a road" that caused damage to his vehicle......so Sect 170 doesn't apply.
Of course if they don't accept that view they would then have to accept his liability around the damage to your knee slider.... |
