Default Buy a bike that's done 30 trackdays?

Just show people your footage and they'll realise it's been thrashed less than some road bikes

You stole the words right out of my mouth......

Actually joking apart about the only thing that gets a slightly harder time on the track are the brakes and they are fairly easy to monitor and not exactly expensive to replace. If that was a 750 following you not even that was being thrashed particularly, just about as soon as he gets to full throttle he's off it onto the brakes again. I'd much rather buy a well ridden track bike than one off some tool that spent his time trying to pull wheelies on the rev limiter over Chelsea Bridge....

"Stole", "took" the difference is negligible.

I guess that depends on the environment you work in..... Anyway I would just like to point out that I never been anywhere close to kissing you.....

I didn't suggest you had ever kissed me.

I think we may have derailed this a bit..... and I'm certainly not as good as you at fiddling quotes!

Personally I would buy it for track saying etc but.......
IMO a 1000cc bike will teach you nothing about track riding. All you will do is stop it into corners pick it up and hammer it to the next. A 600/750 will make you carry corner speed concentrate more on braking correctly etc.
