OK ORDERED:

DID 525 ZVM-X Gold 108 link chain
Front JT sprocket (15)
Read JT sprocket (44)
Blue loctite
DID KM500 rivet tool
DID KM500r Pin for ZJ ZVM rivets

thursday delivery friday install .... or the weekend....

total delivered just over £200 - ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a nice idea to replace the rear nuts with nice stainless locking ones while you're at it. Available quite reasonably on fleabay.

really???!!!! they gonna get all gunked up anyway

plus i'll just use loctite on them

The steel nuts usually end up corroded or worse. Stainless ones stay nice and shiny. Like this

oh for reference (more mine)...

sprocket nuts to 60 N·m (6.0 kgf-m, 43.5 lb-ft).
rear axle nut 100 N·m (10.0 kgf-m, 72.5 lb-ft).

Shiny nuts and loctite? Wtf. Lol nuts off, change, back on and torque.... job done.

Learn to maintain your bike, take it apart, rebuild the engine & more (using better bolts ), drop it & fix it again!
K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.
