SV650 - worst bike?

He isn't wrong though. It's all down to opinion so he is neither right nor wrong.

If he doesn't like the SV then meh, he is obviously looking for different things out of a bike. Me personally I think is it an excellent bike, the best I have had (admittedly the only other I have ridden are a CG125,SR125 and GPz500S and an XJ900 so no exactly performance bikes but hey).

I know a few people who have owned R1's and GSXR750's etc and they had a great laugh when they had a go on the SV. When you bear in mind the cost of GXR's and ZXR's in my opinion the performance/quality of parts are good for the money. As for the no of smiles per £........ I've lost count.

Eash to their own but with the odd exception I'd rather have a bike that I can use a greater amount of the performance rather than ride a bike where realistically I would only use a fraction of its performance.

I've bumped into CC on VD and on other bike forums. He's a fat prat and we're well shot of him. Last I heard he was asking if anybody knew how he could flatbar a ZX6R. Something about being too fat for the clip ons or summat.

The biking sub culture is full of childish oiks who have to prove that their bike is better/bigger/faster than everybody else's bike. It's pretty obvious to most people that you only get what you pay for. So if you expect a budget bike to outride a supersport 600, you're an obvious moron.

I've just registered... i know i've not got an sv any more but i thought i'd have a look and post what i thought.

It's called "svrider baiting" guy's.

The ppl on rider****e used to do it from time to time, sad really!

even though I don't have one now, sv's are superb bikes and like most other bikes, they respond well to a bit of TLC.

The eejuts who slate sv's should learn to ride one, PROPERLY!

I own a Busa and a SV650K3 its not in the same league as the Busa but I still love it is one of the best bikes I have ever owned.
