Good stuff. I have a 10cm aperture telescope that gets up to that magnification, but it's pretty sensitive to wobbles. Did you use a remote shutter or a timed one?

The downside with my scope is that although the resolution is great, looking at the moon can seriously dazzle you! I should really get a proper polarising filter. Also, the field of view is quite narrow so I can only see about half of the moon at one time. It moves pretty quick!

i used mirror lockup and a 2 sec auto timer, and your right it does move quickly

taken with my 70 to 200 zoom with a 2x converter on it so 400mm at 1.6x = 640 mm equivelant, for the techies out there and 100% crop
