It does slip in easier with the copper slip after all but it still is a bit tight. Doubt i will ever put it back in though........

yep, mines the same but with a little tug on the old blighter at least it comes out......hang on .....i'm losing track ere!

ahhh yes the joys of a new can

its a great feeling, my akrapovic as a removable baffle with a bolt built in & held by a tiny bit of solder . just unbolt & then pull the baffle out, then the fun begins .
