First Bike

This was my first bike, was a real HOG, was either that or stick to shanks pony.

No pics of my CB100N but my second bike was a CD175 which I restored from three old wrecks and used it all through my Uni days. Didn't let me down once.

No, it was originally cream & green but i repainted it black & red, all done by brush & woolworths gloss paint.
I carried loads of stuff on that old bike including my brolly all my fishing gear & 12 foot rods.

Jonboy's bike as he mentioned was an S1 which preceded the KH250 which was ever so slighty detuned. The S1 particularly in the blue as shown,was gorgeous. My brand new KH250 in Jan 1976 was a nice blue with just two thin pinstripes for detail.

Ah the days when boys were boys and CBT was a distant nightmare! Get your provisional license son and then get out there and hoon around on a 250 that could do very close to 100mph! Oh such happy days!

The CD175? How bomb proof were they? Incredible!
