Scorpion with removable baffle is the mutt's - there is simply no point riding with the baffle in, not to loud if your careful in residentials but my god, open the throttle and all hell breaks lose, the most wonderful sound

I've got a lovely Leo Vince with a baffle, its just nice with the baffle in, don't really want to take the baffle out... Pay the little bit extra and get yourself a quality end can make it something to be really proud off…

The loudest legal can will most likley be the Quill T3.

It will pass all MOT & police inspections as its completley legal.

But when the exhaust presure rises with engine load there is a little valve in the can that opens up to become a race can and it starts to get noisy. Basicly revs under 4-5k and the can will be quiet, over that noisy.
But the new Quill Evo2 is even better (I've got one on Micron headers) and it sounds excellent

Just for info!

if you have a Scorpion race can without a baffle, it is possible to purchase from Scorpion a baffle for around £20-£25. All you need to do is drill small hole for the retaining allen bolt near the outlet.

Still its ilegal. Cans officaly have to be marked BASU from the point they are made & sold. Its an odd thing & very debatable.
